3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Make timely payments as per agreed terms
• Own or have legal rights to all content provided to us
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Advance payment may be required for certain services
• Monthly retainer services are billed in advance
• Project-based work may require milestone payments
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy outlined in service agreements

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables as specified in service agreements. However:

• We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed
• Third-party licenses (stock images, fonts, software) remain with respective owners
• Clients must not resell or redistribute our work to third parties without permission

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information and agree to:

• Not disclose confidential client information to third parties
• Use confidential information only for service delivery purposes
• Implement reasonable security measures to protect client data
• Return or destroy confidential information upon request after project completion

7. Service Guarantees and Disclaimers

While we strive for excellence:

• We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or sales results
• Digital marketing results depend on various factors beyond our control
• We provide services on an "as is" and "as available" basis
• We are not liable for third-party platform changes (Google, Facebook, etc.)
• Force majeure events may affect service delivery

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for client's business losses or lost profits
• Clients must report issues within 7 days of discovery

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services:

• With 30 days written notice for ongoing services
• Immediately for breach of terms
• Upon completion of project-based work
• Payments for completed work remain due upon termination
• Refunds will be processed as per our refund policy

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kota, Rajasthan.
